Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return the item(s) under the conditions outlined below.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-branded or personalised garments
Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., undergarments)
Products that show signs of use or wear
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
You must provide confirmation of banking details not older than 4 months from your bank.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via EFT to your account within 7–14 business days.
Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective or in breach of the Consumer Protection Act.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (unless it was our fault).
